Shipping Policy for RATI HVAC

1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team will begin processing it promptly. We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping methods to cater to your needs, including:
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically delivers within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: For urgent orders, overnight shipping is available to most locations.
Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and availability of products.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your shipping location, and the shipping method selected. We offer competitive rates and aim to provide affordable options for our customers. Orders over $200 may qualify for free standard shipping (U.S. domestic only).
4. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. Orders are typically shipped via reliable carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We take great care to package all products securely to ensure they arrive at your location in perfect condition.
5. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside of the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact our customer service team at info@ratihvacnie.com to inquire about alternative shipping arrangements.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and the carrier’s website for real-time updates on your shipment’s status. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear after shipment.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. RATI HVAC is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order ships.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
RATI HVAC takes every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. However, in the event of a lost or damaged package, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.
